  transfer printing is a kind of new technology whichgradually rising up wordwide in recent several years.first,formaking the transfer printing paper of kinds of patterns,print therequired patterns onto the special paper with specialdye(watersoluble or oil soluble)by advanced printingtechnology.anadthen,on the transfer printing machine,close thepattern printed side of the transfer printing paper with thetextile which will be printed,through the action of heat andpressure,induce the sublimation of the dye which absorbed by theprinting paper,so the dye is transferred to the texfile beprinted,kinds of required patterns are formed on the prntedtextile.

1.整機式主機機架，堅固不易變形、轉動，導布機械設計靈巧，操作簡便。機器的主要部件主滾筒內部設有內循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。通過電加熱、油導熱，使?jié)L筒表面溫度控制在±2℃以內。
2.采用pid自動溫控儀，自動調節(jié)保溫電流控制精度高。
3.手動退毯帶裝置，升降溫時脫開毯帶，延長毯帶使用壽命。
4.本機設有布邊紙及墊紙裝置，降低毛毯污染，減少清洗次數(shù)。
5轉印后之成品免處理，花樣色彩鮮明，柔軟光麗，保持色質經久不變。
6.印花速度控制采用無級調速。
7.溫度范圍：室溫300℃

5.the finished transfer-printed product needs no treatment,so ithas pattems of vivid color,and it is soft and bright andbeautiful,and its color is durable.
6.adopt stepless speed regulation to control printing speed.
