This part of this standard specifies material and performancere and test methods for metal cutlery and relatedimplements intended for use in the preparation of food. Two gradesof cutlery are specified: - a normal grade with corrosion resistantblades or prongs capable of withstanding dishwasher cleaningprocedures; - a special grade with corrosion resistant bladescapable of withstanding dishwasher cleaning procedures andsterilization processes.
