鍍鋅板由于涂鍍工藝中處理方式不同，表面狀態(tài)也不同，如普通鋅花、細鋅花、平整鋅花、無鋅花以及磷化處理的表面等。切成定尺長度的鍍鋅板及鍍鋅卷板不得存在影響使用的缺陷（以下詳述），但卷板允許有焊接部位等若干不正常部分。鋅花大小由液態(tài)鋅的成分來控制的同時，采用強制冷卻的方法來控制,小鋅花產(chǎn)品在鋅花開始擴散之前,用小鋅花設(shè)備進行急冷防止鋅液繼續(xù)擴散,形成小鋅花。

鋅的化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑，在常溫下的空氣中，表面生成一層薄而致密的堿式碳酸鋅膜，可阻止進一步氧化，而鋁在空氣中，可形成不能溶解的氧化物層，在其中起屏障保護功能；試驗在同等厚度、鍍層、表面處理方式的熱鍍鋅鋼板與鍍鋁鋅鋼板的前提下。鍍鋁鋅比熱鍍鋅有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性。因為55%AL-Zn的密度比Zn的密度小,所以在重量相同和鍍金層厚度相同的情況下,鍍鋁鋅鋼板比鍍鋅鋼板的面積大3%以上。鍍鋁鋅由于力學(xué)性能的增加，內(nèi)層基材表面鍍層密度較好，含錳量相對高，因此鍍鋁鋅在普通焊接條件下無法焊接，只能通過鉚釘?shù)绕渌竭B接。在焊接方面熱鍍鋅鋼板表現(xiàn)較好。

Aluminized zinc hasexcellent corrosion resistance over hot dip galvanizing. Becausethe density of 55%AL-Zn is less than that of Zn, the area ofaluminum-plated zinc sheet is more than 3% larger with the sameweight and the same gold plating thickness. Due to the increase ofmechanical properties of aluminized zinc, the surface coatingdensity of the inner substrate is good, and the manganese contentis relatively high, so the aluminized zinc can not be welded underordinary welding conditions, and can only be connected by rivetsand other parties. In welding, hot-dip galvanized steel plateperformance is better.
