●高粘度泵優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

　　轉(zhuǎn)子泵的軸向位置可調(diào)，不需要拆泵。

　　泵采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，可根據(jù)不同的使用要求更換不同部件。可選夾層結(jié)構(gòu)，以方便對(duì)泵加熱或冷卻，可以選擇是否帶安全閥，可以選擇不同的密封形式，詳見密封結(jié)構(gòu)圖。泵的各個(gè)零件可以選用不同的材質(zhì)以適應(yīng)具體使用要求。

　　不同的使用條件，泵的結(jié)構(gòu)形式可能不同，具體應(yīng)用請(qǐng)向廠家或本公司客戶代表咨詢。需要指出的是泵的轉(zhuǎn)速愈高，泵的磨損愈嚴(yán)重，液體中如含有磨料物質(zhì)，泵的材料應(yīng)選用耐磨材質(zhì)，在此種工況下，泵的壓力和轉(zhuǎn)速都應(yīng)降低，高溫條件下，則應(yīng)增加泵的間隙，并采用耐熱材料。

　　流動(dòng)穩(wěn)定：流量與齒輪轉(zhuǎn)速成正比，與壓力無關(guān)

　　流動(dòng)平穩(wěn)：沒有脈動(dòng)和壓力波峰，不會(huì)產(chǎn)生管道顫動(dòng)。

　　多功能性：僅僅通過調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子軸的位置，同一臺(tái)泵既可以出來稀釋溶液又可以出來瀝青，糖漿，樹脂，聚合物等高粘度液體。

　　可逆性：可以通過改變齒輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向使液體反向流動(dòng)，兩種方向都能充分發(fā)揮泵的性能

　　自吸性：由泵產(chǎn)生高真空，允許在Zui大自吸高度實(shí)現(xiàn)快速自吸，取決于泵送液體的物理特性（溫度，蒸汽壓力，粘度等）。

　　建議性：只有兩個(gè)活動(dòng)部件：主動(dòng)輪和動(dòng)輪，只有一個(gè)軸封。

　　堅(jiān)固的重載結(jié)構(gòu)：低轉(zhuǎn)速。特大球軸承的外部軸承座可以承受軸向和徑向負(fù)載。

　　磨損率低：由于主動(dòng)輪和從動(dòng)齒輪不成倍數(shù)關(guān)系。這就意味著磨損可以被均勻的分散在每個(gè)齒輪上。因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)齒輪上的每一個(gè)齒輪接觸另一個(gè)齒輪上的每一個(gè)齒輪的次數(shù)一樣。

磨損調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)：轉(zhuǎn)子邊緣的磨損可以通過調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子軸的位置來補(bǔ)償。這樣，即使在有相當(dāng)大的磨損的情況下，也可以保證泵的穩(wěn)定性。

　　維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單，維護(hù)率低：不用移動(dòng)泵，管道或泵驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置就可以進(jìn)行檢查和調(diào)節(jié)。

　　互動(dòng)性：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組件的設(shè)計(jì)可實(shí)現(xiàn)不同材料和特性零部件之間的替換。例如：有多種軸封系統(tǒng)可供選擇，還可以安裝帶夾套的外殼和軸蓋來代替標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件。

　　端口位置可改變：泵殼可在軸承箱上旋轉(zhuǎn)以從不同位置處吸排液體。

　　預(yù)熱：加熱夾套或是與外殼鑄成一體，或是安裝在端蓋上，或是安裝在填料壓蓋上。

　　旁路安全閥：旁路安全閥安裝在泵上并且容易調(diào)節(jié)，在有些型號(hào)的泵上采取雙重安全閥并帶加熱夾套。

●高粘度泵使用時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)Mattersneeding attention when using high viscosity pump

　　進(jìn)、出口管路的管徑必須和泵保持一致；Thediameters of inlet and outlet piping must be consistent withpump;

　　設(shè)計(jì)管路時(shí)應(yīng)盡量減少彎頭，且彎頭角度不宜過小，進(jìn)口管線不宜過長(zhǎng)，以免影響自吸。

　　啟動(dòng)前每個(gè)注油杯都應(yīng)家潤(rùn)滑油，且保證每天加油一次。

　　泵在工作前應(yīng)該點(diǎn)動(dòng)啟動(dòng)電機(jī)，觀察轉(zhuǎn)向是否和規(guī)定轉(zhuǎn)向一致。

　　開機(jī)后觀察運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，如有不正常噪音、特殊振動(dòng)或溫升過高等情況，應(yīng)停機(jī)檢查。

　　注意皮帶松緊是否恰當(dāng)，每半年調(diào)整一次?！?/p>

●NYP高粘度泵的進(jìn)出口

　　泵進(jìn)出口的型式

　　常規(guī)泵進(jìn)出口尺寸相同，進(jìn)出口呈垂直布置，從驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)向泵頭方向看為右進(jìn)上出。也可根據(jù)客戶需要，加工成水平進(jìn)出口型或左進(jìn)上出型。連接方式有法蘭型和螺紋型.

　　泵進(jìn)出口負(fù)荷

　　泵在安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)限制泵的進(jìn)出口所承受的管路負(fù)荷。螺紋聯(lián)接的管接頭不得承受負(fù)荷，否則會(huì)使泵的聯(lián)接管產(chǎn)生松動(dòng)或旋緊力矩（管螺紋聯(lián)接處不允許有旋緊或松動(dòng)的扭矩，以免）影響管路的聯(lián)接效果。

　　●高粘度齒輪泵并不能產(chǎn)生壓力，它只是輸出流量。壓力低或無壓力，說明高粘度齒輪泵沒有吸入液體或泄漏嚴(yán)重。High viscosity gear pump does notgenerate pressure, it is only the output flow.Pressure is low or nopressure, high viscosity gear wheel pump don't inhale the liquid orleakage is serious.
