用途
本機(jī)組適用于吹制低密度高壓聚乙烯(ldpe)、高密度低壓聚乙烯（hdpe）及線性低密度(lldpe)原料及再生料塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜廣泛用于水果、食品、服裝、紡織品、食用菌種種植、日用品等民用，農(nóng)業(yè)和工業(yè)品的內(nèi)外包裝。

1、機(jī)筒螺桿均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)38crmoala合金鋼材質(zhì)，精密加工。螺桿運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的合金噴涂技術(shù)表面再經(jīng)氮化處理。具有的硬度和耐腐蝕性，特殊設(shè)計(jì)加工的螺桿比一般處理的螺桿產(chǎn)量大，使用壽命長(zhǎng);

4、機(jī)筒加熱采用鑄鋁加熱圈加熱，數(shù)字式智能溫控系統(tǒng)，風(fēng)冷自動(dòng)溫控，具有耐用、準(zhǔn)確、可靠的性能;

5、風(fēng)冷裝置結(jié)構(gòu)為迷宮型，出風(fēng)量均勻;
