mk9025a型數(shù)控光學(xué)曲線磨床是由精密投影測量儀，多自由度的磨頭及工作臺等組成，適用于加工經(jīng)熱處理硬化的各種精密復(fù)雜的模具、樣板、成型刀具、滾輪等。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
1、工作臺拖板和滑座均拖板采用直線滾動導(dǎo)軌副并由滾珠絲桿副傳動。
2、往復(fù)滑板采用雙v型鑲鋼滾針導(dǎo)軌副并由可調(diào)偏心連桿機構(gòu)傳動，往復(fù)平穩(wěn)，換向無沖擊，換向端點，定位精度高。
3、采用交流變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制砂輪轉(zhuǎn)速和滑板往復(fù)速度，實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速。砂輪架和滑座組成多個自由度，可對各個方向進行加工。
數(shù)控系統(tǒng)：
數(shù)控光學(xué)曲線磨床帶有四軸計算機控制系統(tǒng)，分別對工作臺拖板及滑板進行控制，分辨率為1mm可作二軸聯(lián)動連續(xù)軌跡磨削，除計算機自動控制運動外配有手動控制功能，為操作者提供選擇多種加工方法。
一機多用：
本機床備有多種夾具附件，具有多種功能，集曲線、磨圓、測量于一身，一機多用，使用方便。
