NAMD系列SF6密度繼電器檢驗儀是高精度儀器，儀器關鍵器件全部采用精密進口件，通過高精度壓力傳感器及高精度A/D、D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器，結合高性能32位ARM單片機和TI公司的高速信號處理芯片，能自動完成對密度繼電器的校驗，能準確測量信號動作時當前溫度下的壓力值并自動完成任意環(huán)境溫度至20℃時的標準壓力換算，能自動打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)并自動存儲以備查閱，整個過程不須人工干預，并自動識別測試過程中的故障，體現(xiàn)了儀器“智能型”的特點。儀器具有高精度，高穩(wěn)定性，高可靠性的特點。

1)本產(chǎn)品采用32位ARM單片機和TI公司的高速信號處理芯片進行檢測與控制，集成程度高。機電一體化設計，精度高，重復性好，可靠性高。
2)配置了大屏幕中英文液晶屏和旋轉(zhuǎn)鼠標（一鍵飛梭）人機接口，操作簡單、界面美觀，所有參數(shù)及狀態(tài)一目了然。
3)自動完成壓力測量和20℃值轉(zhuǎn)換，從而完成了壓力、溫度間的動態(tài)自動補償。并顯示被測環(huán)境溫度下的壓力、20℃時環(huán)境溫度下的壓力、環(huán)境溫度。徹底解決了SF6氣體密度繼電器現(xiàn)場校驗難的問題。
4)所有測試過程自動由儀器完成，不用人工干預，避免了繁瑣的人工氣路調(diào)節(jié)操作。
5)漢字報表式打印測試結果，并對試驗結果進行智能分析。
6)能同時存儲50次試驗結果，并具有掉電數(shù)據(jù)保護功能，可隨時查詢和打印以前的試驗結果。
7)校驗過程中無需恒溫室，可以在任意有效溫度范圍內(nèi)對SF6氣體密度繼電器、壓力表進行校驗。
