1、設備規(guī)格：E Specifications

(1) 規(guī)格：噴頭點陣由1個框架2000*6000mm組成。共260個噴嘴。

噴淋有效面積 約2000×6000mm;可以按用戶實際要求選擇定制。

(2)  降雨量的可調(diào)節(jié)工作范圍0.2～250mm。

(3)  水泵電機：功率5.5kW，電壓380V，3相交流。

降雨范圍  能模擬降雨量從水量0.2～250mm之間實現(xiàn)任意無級調(diào)節(jié)。

淋雨時間  可任意設定試驗周期，試驗時間。

環(huán)境模擬裝置噴淋有效面積約2000×6000mm，噴嘴做工精細，具有耐酸堿鹽防腐蝕功能。

環(huán)境模擬裝置進水裝置前配置凈化設備,能實現(xiàn)凈化功能的設備，避免噴淋裝置堵塞。

2、設備適用范圍: Device Mainly Used

(2)噴雨設備能保證在長6m，寬2m范圍內(nèi)持續(xù)均勻降下滴狀雨，雨滴細小均勻。

設備工作時在有效區(qū)域內(nèi)必須滿足下表（GB/T-高壓試驗一般要求）的全部淋雨要求。能夠人工模擬降雨、鹽霧、下雪、冰凍等環(huán)境條件和自然災害,研究不同環(huán)境條件下對高電壓運行設備的影響，重點側(cè)重淋雨和鹽霧試驗環(huán)境的模擬。

說明：噴雨設備必須滿足距產(chǎn)品安裝距離H不小于1.5米，并且能降下滿足招標技術文件要求的降雨。

5、設備結(jié)構(gòu)及功能: This device structure andfunction

(1)雨水模擬噴淋器采用SUS316#不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作，做工精細，具有耐酸堿鹽防腐蝕功能，噴頭內(nèi)套鑲紅寶石，其連續(xù)使用壽命可長達5-10年。

(2)噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)采用獨特的設計，使其噴射不連續(xù)線狀(雨點狀)水平距離六米以內(nèi)無水霧，噴射方向±30度水平角電控可調(diào),變頻控制與電磁閥控制結(jié)合,模擬降雨量從0.2～250mm(雨霧、小雨、中雨、大雨、暴雨、特大暴雨)之間實現(xiàn)任意無級調(diào)節(jié)。根據(jù)需求，以后本裝置還可以改造升級，還能進行污穢、塵埃、霜凍及冰雪等自然災害狀況的模擬。

(3) 設備結(jié)構(gòu)

本淋水系統(tǒng)裝置由如下3部份組合而成。

(3) Device Structure The water spray systemmeans a combination of the following three part together.

1、噴頭點陣 Nozzle lattice

1)：噴頭采用SUS316#不銹鋼材質(zhì)制成，耐酸堿鹽防腐蝕性強。

2)：噴頭與輸水管采用絲牙連接方式，便于拆卸、更換、方便清洗及保養(yǎng)。輸水管采用高纖維塑膠高壓（高電壓：35kV以上）軟管，耐磨抗壓

3)：噴頭仰、俯角度由低速電機傳動控制，角度。

4)：噴頭點陣框架可電動控制在兩個方向軸上±90度轉(zhuǎn)動，實現(xiàn)水平噴雨與豎直噴雨的需求。

5):每排(10個噴頭)各由一個電動開關閥門控制，共26個電動開關閥門。

6):噴雨器與底架之間采用高壓絕緣的方式連接。

2、電氣控制部分  Electrical controlpart

采用優(yōu)質(zhì)接觸器、電磁閥等電器元件和高性能的變頻器及電動機，的邏輯電氣控制設計；美觀實用的計算機全自動測控操作臺，操縱自如，安全可靠，操作臺統(tǒng)一放置在控制室。

3、供水部分 Water supply parts

1):蓄水箱采用SUS316#耐酸堿鹽不銹鋼材料，箱體不銹鋼材料的厚度為2mm。配以水位觀察計，能有效的保證噴淋數(shù)據(jù)的采集。下底有排水口方便箱體清洗。根據(jù)需要配套相應大小的蓄水箱。

2):采用流量8m3/h、揚程25米的小型水泵加壓加溫噴淋，并以變頻調(diào)節(jié)控制，能保證模擬噴雨量在0.2～250mm控制。

3):供水部分需安裝便于維護的過濾裝置（過濾網(wǎng)等）及凈化裝置，確保水路不被雜物或者水垢堵塞。
