ACS是法國衛(wèi)生認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)，全名是（Academiaconstiintei de sine），主要根據(jù)AFNOR（Association Francaise deNormalisation）發(fā)布的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（比如XPP41-251）進(jìn)行水暖器材類產(chǎn)品的檢測。目前在巴黎和里爾設(shè)有相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
AFNOR對金屬玻璃和陶瓷等制品及材料制定了相應(yīng)的安全衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其中毒性測試用于檢測材料和制品置于水中是否析離出重金屬，軟化劑和穩(wěn)定劑等物質(zhì)，有機(jī)物測試用于檢測影響材料的特性，包括制品接觸飲用水后，水質(zhì)的口感，氣味和顏色等指標(biāo)；材料性能檢測材料的機(jī)械性能。
