操作方法

1.顎式空載試車　　

（1）顎式破碎機連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)2小時，軸承溫升不得超過30℃。

（2）所有緊固件應(yīng)牢固，無松動現(xiàn)象。

（3）飛輪、槽輪運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

（4）所有摩擦部件無擦傷、掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象，無不正常的響聲。

（5）排料口的調(diào)整裝置應(yīng)能保證排料口的調(diào)整范圍。

2. 顎式有載試車　　

（1）顎式破碎機不得有周期性或顯著的沖擊、撞擊聲。

（2）大給料粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。

（3）連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)8h，軸承溫升不得超過30℃。

3.顎式破碎機使用前的準(zhǔn)備工作　　

（1）仔細(xì)檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好，推力板的連接處是否有足夠潤滑脂。

（2）仔細(xì)檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。

（3）仔細(xì)檢查傳動帶是否良好。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有破損現(xiàn)象時，應(yīng)及時更換，當(dāng)傳動帶或帶輪上有油污時，應(yīng)用抹布將油污擦凈。

（4）檢查防護裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不安全現(xiàn)象時，應(yīng)及時排除

（5）檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或雜物，若有礦石或雜物時，則必須清理干凈，以確保破碎機空腔起動。

（6）檢查起頂螺栓是否退回，墊片組是否壓緊，T型螺栓是否擰緊。破碎機司機必須經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)，達(dá)到“三懂”（懂結(jié)構(gòu)、懂性能、懂原理）、“四會”（會使用、會維護、會保養(yǎng)、會處理故障），經(jīng)培訓(xùn)考試合格，取得合格證后，方準(zhǔn)上崗操作。

第2條與工作面刮板輸送司機、運輸巷帶式輸送機司機密切配合，統(tǒng)一信號聯(lián)系，按順序開、停開有大塊煤、矸在破碎機的進(jìn)料口堆積外溢時，應(yīng)停止工和面刮板輸送機運轉(zhuǎn)若大塊煤，矸不能進(jìn)入破轉(zhuǎn)機或有金屬物件時，必須停機處理。

操作提示

1、根據(jù)使用情況，碎石軋料槽上面應(yīng)設(shè)保護罩，防止碎石由軋料槽內(nèi)崩出傷人。

2、開機前，要清除破碎機內(nèi)及周圍的雜物，必須檢查各潤滑部位，并用手搬動數(shù)圈，各部機構(gòu)靈活才允許開機。

3、破碎機工作時，嚴(yán)禁用手從腭板間取出石塊，如有故障應(yīng)用撬棍、鐵鉤等工具處理。

4、若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電動機，待物料清除干凈后，再行起動。

5、調(diào)節(jié)排料口時，應(yīng)先松開擰緊彈簧，待調(diào)整好后，再適當(dāng)調(diào)整彈簧的張緊程度并擰緊螺栓，以防襯板在工作時脫落。

6、破碎機工作時，要防止石塊嵌入張力彈簧中，而影響彈簧強度。

Operation method

1. Jaw type no-load test

(1) The jaw cer shall operate continuouslyfor 2 hours, and the temperature rise of the bearings shall notexceed 30 ℃.

(2) All fasteners should be firm and free oflooseness.

(3) The flywheel and pulley operatesmoothly.

(4) All friction components are free fromscratches, debris, and grinding, and there are no abnormalnoises.

(5) The adjustment device of the dischargeport should be able to ensure the adjustment range of the dischargeport.

2. Jaw loaded test drive

(1) Jaw cers shall not have periodic orsignificant impacts or impact sounds.

(2) The maximum feeding particle size shouldcomply with the design specifications.

(3) After continuous operation for 8 hours,the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30℃.

3. Preparation work before using jawcer

(1) Carefully check whether the lubricationof the bearings is good and whether there is sufficient lubricatinggrease at the connection of the thrust plate.

(2) Carefully inspect all fasteners to ensurethey are securely fastened.

(3) Carefully check if the drive belt is ingood condition. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in atimely manner. When there is oil stains on the drive belt orpulley, a cloth should be used to wipe off the oilstains.

(4) Check if the protective device is in goodcondition. If any unsafe phenomena are found, they should bepromptly eliminated

(5) Check if there are any ores or debris inthe cing chamber. If there are ores or debris, they must be cleanedthoroughly to ensure that the cer chamber starts.

(6) Check if the top bolt is retracted, ifthe gasket group is tightened, and if the T-bolt is tightened. Thecer driver must undergo training to achieve the "threeunderstandings" (understanding structure, performance, andprinciples) and "four skills" (understanding use, maintenance,upkeep, and troubleshooting), pass the training and examination,and obtain a certificate of before being allowed tooperate on duty.

Article 2: Work closely with the scraperconveyor driver on the working face and the belt conveyor driver inthe transportation lane, unify signal communication, and start andstop in se When large coal and gangue accumulate andoverflow at the feeding port of the cer, the operation of thescraper conveyor on the working face should be stopped. If largecoal and gangue cannot enter the cer or there are metal objects,the machine must be stopped for processing.

Operation tips

1. According to usage, a protective covershould be installed above the ced stone rolling groove to preventced stones from falling out of the groove and injuringpeople.

2. Before starting up, the debris inside andaround the cer must be removed. All lubrication parts must bechecked and manually moved several times to ensure that allmechanisms are flexible before starting up.

3. When the cer is working, it is strictlyprohibited to remove stones from between the palate plates by hand.If there is a malfunction, tools such as pry bars and iron hooksshould be used for handling.

4. If the car stops due to material blockagein the cing chamber, the motor should be immediately turned off andrestarted after the material is cleared.

5. When adjusting the discharge port, thetightening spring should be loosened first. After adjustment,adjust the tension of the spring appropriately and tighten thebolts to prevent the lining plate from falling off duringoperation.

6. When the cer is working, it is necessaryto prevent stones from being embedded in the tension spring, whichmay affect the strength of the spring.
