9. dust catching system
?the filter component, filter cartridge, collocates the filtermaterial in a folding way, in which the rate of the filtering areato its size is 30-40 times that of traditional filtering bag, amounting to 300m2/m3. the use of filter cartridge makes the dustcatcher more compact in structure, greatly reducing the area andspace that the dust catcher occupies.
?energy-saving and long work life of the filter material
in order to reduce the size, traditional bag type dust catcherusually use high filtering wind speed; as a result, resistanceincreased greatly to the system and the filter material has a shortwork life with the strong wind flow and needs changing in one orhalf a year.
due to the high density of the layout of the filter material, whichmakes it possible to have large filter area within a small range, filter cartridge type dust catcher can lower the filtering speed, reduce resistance to the system, lower cost and save energy. thelow filtering speed also reduces damageable washing of air currentto the filter material and therefore prolongs the work life of thefilter cartridge.
?easy operating and less work load
compared with traditional filter bag, integrated type filtercartridge can be well fixed and easy to be moved, installed andrepaired. one worker can easily remove and install it, greatlyreducing the workload.
?good regeneration performance
regeneration is easily done by impulse, vibration or reversed aircurrent with good dust removing result. it is the replacing productof bag type dust catcher and represents filtering technology of the21st century.
10. electric control
electric control system controls the whole machine with aprogrammable logic controller (plc) as its core. this system ishighly automated, more reliable and easy to repair. the maincircuit protects the short circuit, phase-failure or overloading ofall electric engines through small circuit breakers and thermorelays.
a number of emergency stop switches are installed in the electriccontrol system, facilitating the turning off of the engines andkeeping the accidents under control.
the description of the working principles:
the system comprises the main circuit and control circuit.
the main circuit controls and protects the electric engines, whichconsists of small circuit breakers, contactors, thermo relays andammeters.
the main circuit comprises the hardware circuit with plc as itscore and control program (software). the acting process, interlocking relation and breakdown judgment and processing neededby the e are realized through the program.
the program, which adopts the design of modularization, consists ofinitialization module, manually operated module, automaticallyoperated module, breakdown processing module and outputmodule.
