設備特點：

1、可以給兩層材料同時上膠貼合，使復合牢度更好。也可用于給三層薄型材料一次性上膠貼合，提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本。

2、雙漿輥網(wǎng)帶復合機采用膠水作粘合劑，并用耐高溫網(wǎng)帶壓著，使復合材料與烘筒充分接觸，提高烘干效果，使加工后的材料柔軟、耐水洗、牢度好。

3、本機網(wǎng)帶具有自動紅外線調(diào)偏裝置，可以有效防止網(wǎng)帶跑偏，延長網(wǎng)帶的使用壽命。

操作要求：

操作者只有在完全熟悉，掌握機器的性能，工作原理后方可操作本設備。本設備必須有專人操作，非操作人員不能亂開，亂動。

生產(chǎn)前應檢查電纜、斷路器、接觸器、電機等電器是否符合要求。

生產(chǎn)前須檢查三相電源是否均衡，嚴禁缺相啟動設備。

生產(chǎn)期應檢查各旋轉接頭是否安全，管路是否暢通，有無破損，漏油，并及時排除。

生產(chǎn)前須將熱油機打開，待溫度升至工藝要求溫度后，方可生產(chǎn)。生產(chǎn)前應檢查各氣壓表壓力是否正常，氣路有無漏氣，并及時修復.

設備大批量生產(chǎn)前，應先做小量試驗，成功后方可大批生產(chǎn)。

生產(chǎn)前，應檢查各液壓站、減速機、軸承瓦盒、絲杠等潤滑情況，應正確及時的加注液壓油和潤滑油。

停機后，必須及時清洗膠槽及刮膠附件，網(wǎng)紋輥，清除機器各部分殘膠及污垢，以備下次使用。

Before production, electrical appliances such as cables, circuitbreakers, contactors and motors should be inspected to meet there.

Before production, it is necessary to check whether thethree-phase power supply is balanced or not, and startup ewithout phase is strictly prohibited.

During the production period, it should check whether the rotaryjoints are safe, whether the pipeline is smooth, whether there isany damage, oil leakage, and timely removal.

The hot oil engine must be turned on before production, and canbe produced only after the temperature is raised to the re of the process. Before production, check whether thepressure of each barometer is normal, whether there is air leakagein the air passage, and repair it in time.

Before large-scale production of e, small-scale testshould be done before large-scale production can be achieved.

Before production, the lubrication conditions of hydraulicstations, reducers, bearing bushes, screw, etc. should be checked,and the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be injectedcorrectly and timely.

After shutdown, the rubber trough and scraper accessories, meshrollers, residual glue and dirt in all parts of the machine must becleaned in time for the next use.
