The structure is illustrated below. The magnetic source of thepermanent magnetic separator is made of high-performance strontiumiron oxidation hard magnetic materials. It produces high magneticfield intensity, large depth magnetic field with durability.Magneticfields are planted in groups on its working surface and form a flatmagnetic system .When the separator hanging over the end of therubber belt conveyer(see the installation illustration),thematerial moves with belt conveyer to the separator and the ironimpurties will be absorbed on the separator, while the non-magneticmaterial drops to the designed working position, thus the separationaccomplished.
