廈門宏祥食品有限公司前身是1995年成立的廈門同安縣黎安內(nèi)林面制作廠，1998年公司發(fā)展良好，更名廈門宏祥食品有限公司，是廈門市重點民營企業(yè),也是一家農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化市級龍頭企業(yè)。公司座落于廈門市翔安區(qū)馬巷鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)林工業(yè)區(qū)，目前廠區(qū)建筑面積2.5萬平方米。擁有固定資產(chǎn)3200多萬元，現(xiàn)有員工500多人，其中食品工程技術(shù)和管理人員23人。

公司擁有先進的自動化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和完備的檢測設(shè)施，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的qs檢驗室和專業(yè)的檢驗員，具有獨立完成從原料至成品的檢測能力。主要生產(chǎn)“宏祥”牌掛面、手工面、蛋面、非油炸方便面、米粉等；目前產(chǎn)品已遍及全國各大中城市，遠(yuǎn)銷東南亞和歐美等二十多個國家和地區(qū)。
