一．應(yīng)用范圍

YunTek超級閃蒸器適用于帶壓力液體樣品進(jìn)入分析儀器進(jìn)行分析的前端氣化以及樣品傳輸。其設(shè)計(jì)與性能與國內(nèi)同種產(chǎn)品相比有一定優(yōu)勢。

YunTek Super VPI is suitable forfront-end gasification and sample transfer with pressure li entering the analysis instrument for analysis. Its designand performance have certain advantages compared with the same kindof domestic products.

本產(chǎn)品適用于下述分析前的樣品處理：

This product is suitable for sample processing prior tothe following analysis：

1.   各類工業(yè)用烯烴中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳的分析，配合氣相色譜儀使用。Analysis oftrace amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in variouskinds of industrial olefins, used in conjunction with gaschromatography.

2.   液態(tài)烴組成分析，配合氣相色譜儀使用。

Analysis of the composition of liquid hydrocarbons, usedin conjunction with gas chromatography.

3.   其他組分分析，如烴類中硫化物分析。

Other component analyses, such as sulphide analysis inhydrocarbons.

二．儀器特點(diǎn)

1.本儀器相比一般的液體進(jìn)樣閥更加方便，而且分析結(jié)果更加。

This instrument is more convenient than the general li valve and the analysis results are more accurate.

2.所有液樣品均在恒壓環(huán)境中被汽化和傳輸，克服了液態(tài)樣品在氣化過程中，由于其密度變化而導(dǎo)致的錯誤，確保了分析譜圖出峰良好。

All liquid samples are vaporized and transmitted in aconstant pressure environment, which overcomes the errors caused bythe change of density in the liquid sample during the gasificationprocess, and ensures that the analysis spectrum peakswell.

3.全程傳輸管線具有可調(diào)伴熱功能，保證樣品不會冷凝。

The whole transmission pipeline has adjustable thermalfunction to ensure that the sample does not condense.

三．產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢

1.全程惰性化管路及惰性化處理過濾器，杜絕腐蝕、吸附。

Two user-adjustable heaters are designed to control thetemperature of theflash steam and the feeding pipe respectively, soas to achieve the full range of heat and prevent the secondcondensation after the sample is vaporized.

5.經(jīng)閃蒸后樣品，進(jìn)行重復(fù)進(jìn)樣分析，分析結(jié)果相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差Zui大控制在0.5%，優(yōu)于同類國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品。

After the flash steam sample, repeated sample analysis,the analysis results relative to the standard deviation of themaximum control at 0.5 %, superior to the same domesticproducts.

五．應(yīng)用分析

石化客戶樣品組分以液態(tài)碳四為主，理論上液態(tài)樣品熱水浴氣化進(jìn)樣存在揮發(fā)不完全的問題，揮發(fā)性組分的重現(xiàn)性較差（重?zé)N組分重復(fù)性很差，甚至大于50%）。實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)也驗(yàn)證了，客戶直接氣態(tài)進(jìn)樣數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性很差，即使用國產(chǎn)品牌閃蒸器，由于使用了過大的傳輸管路，導(dǎo)致樣品不能夠被完全氣化，進(jìn)而會導(dǎo)致樣品分析結(jié)果的不完整以及其它錯誤，亦存在重?zé)N組分揮發(fā)不充分或二次冷凝的現(xiàn)象。通過閃蒸進(jìn)樣的硫化物分析結(jié)果譜圖中，羰基硫組分峰面積相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差低于0.5%，保證了分析結(jié)果的重復(fù)性。證明了 YunTek閃蒸器對硫化物組分的進(jìn)果。

Petrochemical customers 'sample components are dominatedby liquid carbon. Theoretically, there is a problem of incompletevolatilisation in the gaseous sample of hot water bath in li, and the recurrence of volatile components is poor(therepeatability of heavy hydrocarbon components is poor, even greaterthan 50 %). The actual data also verified that the customer'sdirect gaseous sample data is poorly repeatable, that is, the useof domestic brand flash evaporators. Due to the use of excessivetransmission lines, the sample can not be completely gasified,which in turn will lead to incomplete sample analysis results andother errors., There is also the phenomenon of insufficientvolatilisation or secondary condensation of heavy hydrocarboncomponents. The peak area of carbonyl sulfur component is less than0.5 % of the standard difference in the spectrum of sulphideanalysis by Flash steaming sample, which ensures the repeatabilityof the analysis results. The results of YunTek flash evaporator onsulphide composition were proved.
