無錫市成明紡織機(jī)械廠是專業(yè)生產(chǎn)“熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)”的廠家，本廠所產(chǎn)的“熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)”廣泛應(yīng)用于服裝紡織行業(yè)的圖案設(shè)計、打樣、裁片印花、面料匹布、轉(zhuǎn)印、整平、定型的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，產(chǎn)品同時為織帶印花、禮品袋制造。

本廠所產(chǎn)的熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)的主要特點：

mainfeatures:

1.整機(jī)式主機(jī)機(jī)架，堅固不易變形、轉(zhuǎn)動，導(dǎo)布機(jī)械設(shè)計靈巧，操作簡便。機(jī)器的主要部件主滾筒內(nèi)部設(shè)有內(nèi)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。通過電加熱、油導(dǎo)熱，使?jié)L筒表面溫度控制在±2℃以內(nèi)。
2.采用pid自動溫控儀，自動調(diào)節(jié)保溫電流控制精度高。
3.手動退毯帶裝置，升降溫時脫開毯帶，延長毯帶使用壽命。
4.本機(jī)設(shè)有布邊紙及墊紙裝置，降低毛毯污染，減少清洗次數(shù)。
5轉(zhuǎn)印后之成品免處理，花樣色彩鮮明，柔軟光麗，保持色質(zhì)經(jīng)久不變。
6.印花速度控制采用無級調(diào)速。

3.the manual blanket-belt reversal device can make the blanket-beltrunoff when heating up or cooling down, so it can extend servicelife of the blanket-belt;

4.there is a paper-backing device for selvage-paper, which candecrease the pollution of the blanket, and reduce the cleaningtimes;

5.the finished fabric does not need any further treatment. theprinted fabric is full of vivid & bright color, soft and beautifuloutlook, also the printed color is durable.
