●KCB齒輪泵概述

　　KCB齒輪油泵在輸油系統(tǒng)中可用作傳輸、增壓泵；KCB gearoil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, boosterpump;

  KCB齒輪泵主要有齒輪、軸、泵體、安全閥、軸端密封所組成。齒輪經(jīng)熱處理有較高的硬度和強(qiáng)度，與軸一同安裝在可更換的軸套內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。泵內(nèi)全部零件的潤(rùn)滑均在泵工作時(shí)利用輸出介質(zhì)而自動(dòng)達(dá)到。KCBgear pump are mainly gear, shaft, pump body, valve, shaft end seal.Gear after heat treatment with high hardness and strength, andshaft installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve. ●kcb齒輪泵的結(jié)構(gòu)：KCB gear pumpstructure:

●KCB齒輪泵安裝順序: KCB gear pumpinstallation order:

　　 1、在安裝過(guò)程中，為防止雜物落入機(jī)器內(nèi)，機(jī)組的所有孔眼均應(yīng)蓋好。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debrisinto the machine, all perforation should cover of theunit.

　　2、在接好管路及確定電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向后，再接上聯(lián)軸器，并再校核一遍軸的同心度。2, good on the line and determine the direction of motorrotation, and coupling is connected, check it again and shaftconcentricity.

●KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)機(jī)械密封的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

　　 1.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟動(dòng)后若有輕微泄漏現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)觀察一段時(shí)間。如齒輪泵連續(xù)運(yùn)行4小時(shí)，泄漏量仍不減小，則應(yīng)停泵檢查。

　　 2.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)的操作壓力應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，壓力波動(dòng)不大于1公斤/平方厘米。

　　 3.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，應(yīng)避免發(fā)生抽空現(xiàn)象，以免造成密封面干摩擦及密封破壞。

　　 4.齒輪泵密封情況要經(jīng)常檢查。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，當(dāng)其泄漏超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)，重質(zhì)油大于5滴/分，輕質(zhì)油不大于10滴/分，如2-3日內(nèi)仍無(wú)好轉(zhuǎn)趨勢(shì)，則應(yīng)停泵栓查密封裝置。

●齒輪油泵機(jī)械密封的安裝

　　 1.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)保持密封腔內(nèi)充滿液體。對(duì)于輸送凝固的介質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)用蒸汽將密封腔加熱使介質(zhì)熔化。啟動(dòng)前必須盤車，以防止突然啟動(dòng)而造成軟環(huán)碎裂.遠(yuǎn)東泵業(yè)

　　 2.對(duì)于利用齒輪泵外封油系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械密封，應(yīng)先啟動(dòng)封油系統(tǒng)。停車后Zui后停止封油系統(tǒng)。kcb齒輪泵

　　 3.泵停運(yùn)后不能馬上停止封油腔及端面密封的冷卻水，應(yīng)待端面密封處油溫降到80度以下時(shí)，才可以停止冷卻水，以免損壞密封零件。

　●kcb齒輪泵的開機(jī): KCB gear pump of theboot:

　　1、開機(jī)前應(yīng)檢查泵軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活，有無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)出口管道上的閥門是否開啟，泵的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向是否正確。1,should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, beforestarting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipelinevalve is open, the pump rotation direction is correct.

　　5、若輸送熱油，在開機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)均勻預(yù)熱，預(yù)熱是利用被輸送的介質(zhì)不斷通過(guò)泵體進(jìn)行的。預(yù)熱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：吸入口的油溫不得高于泵體溫度40℃，預(yù)熱的升溫速度控制在＜40℃/h，在預(yù)熱時(shí)應(yīng)將固定泵體的螺栓松開，預(yù)熱完畢，將其擰緊。在預(yù)熱過(guò)程中，應(yīng)注意觀察泵的運(yùn)行情況，以但發(fā)生不良情況，應(yīng)立即停泵檢查。5,if conveying hot oil, the boot should be uniform preheating,preheating is to use the media constantly through the pump body tobe delivered.Preheat standard: the inlet oil temperature shall notbe higher than the pump body temperature 40 ℃, the preheating temperature speed control in the <40 ℃ / h, when the preheating boltsshould be fixed pump body loosen, preheating and tighten it.Shouldbe paid attention to in the process of preheating, observe therunning situation of the pump, with adverse event, however, shouldimmediately stop check pump.

　　6、泵停機(jī)后，首先切斷電源，然后關(guān)閉進(jìn)出口管道上的閥門，避免造成泵倒轉(zhuǎn)。After six, pump stop, cut off power supply first, thenclose the import and export pipeline valve, avoid to cause backpump.

　　7、泵經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期使用，壓力流量有明顯下降時(shí)，應(yīng)拆泵檢查，更換其己磨損的零件。7, pump after use for a long time, have a significantlylower pressure flow, should tear open pump inspection, to replacethe damaged parts.
