兒童安撫奶嘴鏈安全要求

2025年4月2日，歐洲標準化委員會(CEN)發(fā)布了安撫奶嘴固定器(sootherholder)的安全標準EN12586的新版本：EN12586:2025《兒童護理用品- 安撫奶嘴固定器- 安全要求和測試方法》，取代前一版本EN12586:2007+A1:2011。
物理方面的主要技術(shù)變更如下：
1)更新整個標準的結(jié)構(gòu)和章節(jié)。
2)刪除單獨的補充組件要求部分，并將補充組件的要求拆分到相關(guān)章節(jié)。
3)更新第1節(jié)的范圍，增加年齡限制，涵蓋從出生到36個月大兒童使用的安撫奶嘴夾。
4)更新章節(jié)3中術(shù)語和定義的詳細描述，額外增加章節(jié)3.5：連接裝置、3.5.3：鏈條、3.5.4：串珠元件和3.10：外包裝。
5)在第5節(jié)中增加測試設(shè)備和公差的要求和圖形。
6)更新6.1節(jié)的一般要求，增加磁性部件、紐扣和硬幣電池以及小部件測試的要求。
7)保留6.2節(jié)中不帶衣扣的安撫奶嘴夾的220mm長度限制，額外增加整個安撫奶嘴夾長度不超過300mm，環(huán)長不超過110mm，以及可調(diào)節(jié)連接裝置的相關(guān)限制的要求。
8)保留第6.3節(jié)中的帶子寬度和繩子厚度的要求，額外增加連接設(shè)備寬度/厚度的要求，包括鏈寬，暴露大于15mm的繩子，用于安撫緊固件或作為安撫緊固件一部分的繩子，厚度小于6mm的繩子。

化學(xué)方面的主要技術(shù)變更如下：

2)將元素遷移測試中的元素數(shù)量從8項修改為19項。
3)改為對整個產(chǎn)品進行甲醛釋放測試，限值為0.75mg/L，而不是分別對塑料、紡織品、木材進行甲醛測試。
4)將雙酚A(BPA)遷移限值從0.1mg/L降低至0.04mg/L，并將苯酚遷移限值從15mg/L降低至5mg/L。

On 2April 2025, the European Committee for Standardization (CEN)published a new version of the European Standard EN 12586: EN12586:2025, Child care articles - Soother holder - Safetyre and test methods, which supersedes the previousstandard EN 12586:2007+A1:2011.
Themain physical technical changes are as follows:
Renewed thestructure and sections of the whole standard.
Deleted theindividual re section for supplementary components anddivide re for supplementary components into relevantsections.
Updated the scopein Section 1 to include an age grade limit covering products forchildren from birth to 36 months of age.
Updated thedetailed descriptions of terms and definitions in Section 3, addSections 3.5: connecting devices, 3.5.3: chain, 3.5.4: beadedelements and 3.10: outer packaging additionally.
Addedre and figures of test e and tolerance in Section5.
Updated thegeneral re in Section 6.1, add re for magneticparts, button and coin batteries and small parts test.
Retained the 220mm length limit for soother holders without garment fastener inSection 6.2, add additional re for the whole sootherholder length not exceeding 300 mm, the loop length not exceeding110 mm, and the relevant limit for adjustable connectingdevices.
Retained the strapwidth and cord thickness in Section 6.3, and add additionalre for connecting device width/thickness, including chainwidth, exposed cords more than 15 mm, cords used to form or as partof soother fastener, cords with thickness less than 6mm.
Defined the teste for entrapments in Section 6.5 to test with 5.5 mm testsphere and 12 mm test sphere.
Retained theventilation holes re in Section 6.6, add additionalre for permanent attached components (e.g. beads) whichare not supplementary components but are only part of theconnecting device and cannot fully cover a 25 mm diameter do notrequire ventilation holes.
Addedre for suffocation hazard by packaging in Section6.8.
Updated there for consumer packaging in Section 8.
Updated there for product information in Section 9.

Thestandard EN 12586:2025 applies to soother holders for children frombirth to 36 months of age. Soother holders are articles thatconsist of a soother fastener, a garment fastener and a connectingdevice in between, e.g., a strap. The standard has laid downmechanical and chemical safety re relating to materials,construction, performance, packaging and labelling of sootherholders. Soother holders that have significant play value shalladditionally comply with the EU Toy Safety Directive2009/48/EC.
