●KCB齒輪泵安裝順序: KCB gear pumpinstallation order:

●KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)機械密封的運轉(zhuǎn)

　　 1.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟動后若有輕微泄漏現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)觀察一段時間。如齒輪泵連續(xù)運行4小時，泄漏量仍不減小，則應(yīng)停泵檢查。

　　 2.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)的操作壓力應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，壓力波動不大于1公斤/平方厘米。

　　 3.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)在運轉(zhuǎn)中，應(yīng)避免發(fā)生抽空現(xiàn)象，以免造成密封面干摩擦及密封破壞。

　　 4.齒輪泵密封情況要經(jīng)常檢查。運轉(zhuǎn)中，當(dāng)其泄漏超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時，重質(zhì)油大于5滴/分，輕質(zhì)油不大于10滴/分，如2-3日內(nèi)仍無好轉(zhuǎn)趨勢，則應(yīng)停泵栓查密封裝置。

●齒輪油泵機械密封的安裝

　　 1.KCB齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟動前應(yīng)保持密封腔內(nèi)充滿液體。對于輸送凝固的介質(zhì)時，應(yīng)用蒸汽將密封腔加熱使介質(zhì)熔化。啟動前必須盤車，以防止突然啟動而造成軟環(huán)碎裂.遠東泵業(yè)

　　 2.對于利用齒輪泵外封油系統(tǒng)的機械密封，應(yīng)先啟動封油系統(tǒng)。停車后Zui后停止封油系統(tǒng)。kcb齒輪泵

　　 3.泵停運后不能馬上停止封油腔及端面密封的冷卻水，應(yīng)待端面密封處油溫降到80度以下時，才可以停止冷卻水，以免損壞密封零件。
